Hey hey — I’m Sarah!
I’m a Spokane-based Realtor, fashion lover, boy mama, and your go-to girl for all things real estate 🏡✨

At 31, I’ve already had the honor of helping 100+ amazing clients buy and sell their homes — and I’m just getting started! My mission? To help you feel educated, empowered, and totally confident as you build financial freedom (and generational wealth) through homeownership.

I live up north in Colbert with my husband Brandon, our sweet son Jameson, and our adorable yellow lab. If I’m not showing homes or working in my business, you’ll probably find me sipping Prosecco on the back deck, sneaking in a gym session, or scrolling Zillow for fun (we’ve all been there).
